The views are what you are buying. This is one of the most level lots on the lake. You can drive up and down and all around Sandy Beach road, pricing out newer built camps and fancier more up to date ones. But you won't find views or a lot like this. Other camps have impeded views with tons of trees (that you can't cut now due to new laws). Some are set up high. We are just a few feet from the water's edge. There are three places you can walk in.
